In I & Q GROUP, spol. s.r.o., IČO: 27488268, with its registered office: Nepravidelna 329/9, 102 00 Praha-Štěrboholy (I & Q GROUP), we pay great attention to the protection of personal data. In this document, you will find information about which personal data we process about you, whether we handle data by consent or other legal reason, for which purposes we use it, to whom we may transfer it and what you have in connection with the processing of your personal data.

A. Who determines how personal data will be processed?

We at I & Q GROUP (hereinafter referred to as "we") determine for what purpose and by what means your personal data will be processed, namely, collected, recorded, sorted and, and we are also responsible for the proper execution of such processing of your personal data.

This is our role as a personal data controller ("Administrators") because, through the operation of the internet portal iq-test.ro (collectively also referred to as "Internet Portals" or "Websites"), we exercise control over processing your personal information.

You may also contact us at any time to inquire about the processing of your personal information in the manner described in Part I. "How can individual rights apply?". Additional persons, including administrators and processors of personal data, may be involved in the processing of your personal data, which is listed in Part F "Who Handles Your Personal Data and to whom does it transmit?".

B. What personal data do we process?

It is important for us to know how and for what purposes we process your personal data. In the following section, we will bring you some personal data, including examples:

a) Contact details

In particular, the postal address, telephone or e-mail is necessary to be able to deliver your communication to you. Otherwise you would not have to learn about our offer.

(b) Identification data

First and foremost, the name, surname, date of birth, username and password are important for us to make sure we really contact the right person. Moreover, we would like to address you by your name.

c) Website usage data

By using the Internet environment and visiting our websites, you automatically send the IP address of your device. So we can detect the network and subnet number in which your device is located. If you have enabled cookies to be stored in your browser, you are sending them additional information, such as the pages you visit, about user preferences on your computer. For more information about using cookies, see D "Using cookies and other technologies to process your personal information".

From the logs where information about your activity on the website is also recorded for security reasons, we can deduct the length of one login, the actions you have performed on the website, and information about the data filled in the forms. For optimal viewing of our websites and services, we use information about your operating system (such as Windows or macOS), its version and technical data about the devices you are logged into (such as your smartphone type). This helps us constantly improve our services and adapt them to your technical capabilities. d) Information on the use of products and services

For better targeting in our campaigns, we use information about what services you are getting, the conditions, whether you are still using them or canceling them. We know how often you sign in to your user account, and if you've made an action in your environment or you've logged off after a while. We also use survey and user test information to improve our services.

e) Information about interactions with us

To prevent you from contacting us for more than one occasion for the same reason, we will record the contact information between you and us. These are, in particular, data such as the date (or time) of the contact, its reason, and whether you initiated your contact yourself or ourselves. This applies to contacts through all channels, especially via phone, chat, mail, email, or through an Internet or mobile app, GoogleID, or AppleID. This is why we have not offered you an offer that did not appeal to you, and you are better focused on your needs.

f) Transaction data

In particular, these are your account numbers, the account owner's name, the time and amount of the payment you made. This data needs us to be able to send you money in case of your participation in the affiliate program, or we record the data in connection with the received payments from you, what the users of our website.

g) Information from surveys and user testing

When we are preparing new services or want to know about our existing services and ads or we want to find out what services they would like to have, we ask you, our users, in different surveys. We develop so-called user testing for the development of new services. These tests let us know if the application is not only appealing but also easy to use.

At the same time, you can compare the result of your IQ test with other users who passed the test according to your criteria. If you want, you can set a comparison of intelligence quotient results based on gender, hair color, profession, income, whether you are a right-handed or left-handed girl, or if you wear glasses or not.

 

The personal data that we process comes mainly from you, by using your website, our services and our communication with you. We also get personal data from you by monitoring your behavior on our Internet portals.

We collect other personal data as part of our activity, in particular derived data from your data.

We may obtain additional personal information from our partners who process your personal data for us in accordance with our instructions and for the purposes set out, and are therefore personal data processors and / or our partners who are the personal data controllers. C. Use of cookies and other technologies to process your personal information

If you visit our website, we store and read small files on your device, so-called cookies. Cookie is a small file that we store in your internet browser or your computer's hard drive. Some cookies allow us to link your activities while browsing our site from the moment you open the web browser window until you close it. As soon as you close the browser window, these cookies are deleted. Others stay on the device for a set amount of time and activate each time you visit the website that created the cookie. We not only store cookies on your device, but we also read the cookies stored on your site by your device. Also, in this document, we will talk about storage only for simplicity.

Some cookies on your device are stored directly on our site. These cookies help us:

D. Why do we process personal data and what authorizes us to do so?

As part of our activity, we process personal data for various purposes and to varying degrees either:

without your consent based on performance of the contract, our legitimate interest or the fulfillment of a legal obligation, or

- subject to your consent, if we ask you to do so.

What processing we may do without your consent depends on the purpose of the relevant processing and the position you are taking - whether you are a visitor to the website or you register and agree to the processing of your personal data for specific purposes .

In case you register, we process your personal data without your consent based on performance of the contract, our legitimate interest or the fulfillment of a legal obligation, or also based on your consent that you have granted for any of the specific purposes of the processing.

Without your consent, we process your personal data for the following purposes:

a) Ensuring our services for you

Such processing of your personal data is necessary to fulfill the contract with you. d) Our internal records and the protection of our rights and interests

For this purpose, we process your personal data for the duration of the limitation period, including the period covering its possible occurrence or interruption, but not more than 16 years after the termination of your participation and the use of our services.

In the event of legal, administrative or other proceedings being initiated, we process your personal data to the extent necessary for the duration of such proceedings for the performance and / or defense of our legal claims.

 

e) Support and promotion of our services

For this purpose, we process your personal data on our legitimate interest within the scope specified in Part B under a, b, c, d, e, f, g.

We process your personal information, for example, in the framework of satisfaction surveys, jubilee reminders, and when preparing and sending our business / marketing communications about our goods or services and bid optimization directly on our website. Information on the use of our products and services helps us in particular to monitor and constantly improve their quality and maintain the goodwill of their users.

We do not want to bother you with unnecessary and inappropriate communication, so we use the collected personal data to better understand your needs and to be able to offer you the right solution. For example, the marketing / sales communication can be a bid to participate in consumer competitions or a supply of goods and services.

We use a wide range of channels to communicate with you, including classic mail, email, SMS and push notifications, as well as pop-ups on our website.

By sending business / marketing messages sent to you electronically via e-mail and SMS, you can cancel and unsubscribe at any time via the link provided in each message sent. In that case, your business / marketing messages will no longer be sent to you.

For this purpose, we process your personal data for the duration of your contractual relationship, ie for your participation and the use of our services, and for a period of 3 years from the date of termination of the contractual relationship and your participation and the use of our services necessary to perform the necessary steps related to the deletion of your personal data according to valid and effective legal regulations.

f) Meeting our legal obligations

Processing of your personal data to the extent specified in Part B under a, b, f is also necessary to fulfill our legal (statutory) obligations. We also have to comply with certain statutory obligations. These are data we primarily need to collect, evaluate and store for a set period of time because it is the fulfillment of our statutory duty. This is, for example, an archiving obligation under various laws regulating the area of ​​our business.

For this purpose, we process personal data for a period of time determined by applicable law.

 

E. Who handles your personal data and to whom does it pass?

We process all of these personal data as an administrator (see Part A "Who determines how personal data will be processed?"). This means that we determine for what purpose and by what means your personal data will be processed, namely, collected, recorded, sorted and, and we are also responsible for the proper execution of such processing of your personal data.

We may also transfer your personal information, subject to your consent, also to other entities in the role of administrator, namely:

· In connection with the performance of your agreement with you, our partners involved in this performance,

· Based on your consent.

For the processing of personal data, we also use the services of other processors who process personal data only according to our instructions and for the purposes described in Section D "Why do we process personal data and what does it entitle us to do so?". Such processors are:

(a) cloud service providers and other technology and support vendors such as Amazon Web Services, SuperNetwork s.r.o., Creative Developers spol. with r.o., and others.

(b) operators of marketing tools such as Facebook, Inc., Google, Inc. and Seznam.cz, a.s., who help us optimize the site and personalize content and offers for you;

c) operators of email marketing campaigns such as Mailkit s.r.o., IČO: 264 49 901

F. Handing over your personal data outside of the European Union

As part of the data transfer to our processors listed in Part E, "Who processes your personal data and to whom we forward it?", We assure you that we do not transfer your data to third countries outside the European Union.

G. What are your rights to processing your personal information?

Just as we have our rights and obligations to process your personal information, you also have certain rights to process your personal data. These rights include:

a) Revocation of consent

All the consents we receive are entirely voluntary and you are not required to provide them.

If you do not grant or withdraw consent for any of the above purposes in Part D, "Why do we process personal information and what does it entitle us to do so", it will not affect the ability to send our business / marketing communications in accordance with our legitimate interest "Promoting and promoting our services").

In all cases based on consent, you can revoke it by sending an email to consumerupport@iq-test.eu. The appeal must be sent from your registration email so that we can verify that you really are.

Revocation of consent is without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing before this appeal.

(b) Right of access

In simple terms, you have the right to know what data we process about you, for what purpose, for what time, where we collect your personal information, who we pass it on, who is processing outside of us, and what other rights you have with your personal data processing. You can find out all of this in this "Privacy Policy" document. However, if you are unsure of which personal data we process about you, you may ask us to confirm that personal data concerning you are processed by us or not and, if so, you have the right to access this personal data . Under the right of access, you may request a copy of the processed personal data, with the first copy available to you free of charge and additional copies with a fee.

c) The right to repair

If you find that the personal data we process about you are inaccurate or incomplete, you are entitled to have it repaired or supplemented without undue delay.

d) Right of cancellation

In some cases, you have the right to delete your personal information. We will delete your personal information without undue delay if any of the following is true:

· We no longer need your personal information for the purposes for which we processed it;

· You withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data, which is data that your consent is necessary to process, and at the same time we have no other reason why we need to process these data further;

· You exercise your right to object to processing (see below under (g) "Right to object to processing") for personal data we process based on our legitimate interests and we find that no such legitimate interests as would processing entitlement, we do not have, or

· Do you believe that our processing of personal data has ceased to comply with generally binding regulations.

This right does not apply if the processing of your personal data is still necessary to fulfill our legal obligation or to determine, enforce or defend our legal rights (see Section D "Why do we process personal data and what entitles us to do so?").

(e) Right to limit processing

· You object to the processing. The right to object is described in more detail below in this section under (g) "Right to object to processing"). For as long as your claim is legitimate, we are obliged to restrict your personal data.

 

(f) Right of portability

You have the right to obtain from us all your personal data that you have provided to us and which we process based on your consent and the fulfillment of the contract (see Part D "Why do we process personal data and what does it entitle us to do so?"). We will provide your personal information in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. In order to easily transfer the data at your request, it can only be data that we process automati- cally in our electronic databases.

g) Right to object to processing

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data on our legitimate interest (see Section D "Why do we process personal information and what does it entitle us to do so?") In the case of marketing activities, we will no longer process your personal data; otherwise we will do so unless we have serious legitimate reasons to continue such processing.

You may object to the processing for the following purposes: Our protection against unauthorized use of our services and protection, Improvement of our services based on their use, Our internal registration and protection of our rights and interests, Support and promotion of our services, Preparation of anonymous analyzes for our partners.

h) Right to file a complaint

By exercising your rights in the above manner, your right to file a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority is unaffected. You may exercise this right in particular if you believe that we process your personal data improperly or in violation of generally binding legal regulations. How do individual rights apply?

In all matters relating to the processing of your personal data, whether it be a question, a law enforcement, a complaint or anything else, you can contact our customer service center at consumerupport@iq-test.eu. We will resolve your request without undue delay, but within a maximum of one month. In exceptional cases, especially due to the complexity of your request, we are entitled to extend this period by another two months. We will, of course, inform you of any such extension and its justification.
